Fund Daddy · The Coaster · concept board · nothing built yet

Funding is a ride. Keep your hands inside.

The original brief, finally on the engine it deserves: the rider dips off frame, the world pans, the rider swoops back in. Camera on a real track through a cel-painted park. One continuous ride from the gate to FUNDED, with the hostess working every station.

The ride, in four frames.

Shot in the house style (same cel family and the same hostess as the Vault). The rider's suit color will be locked in final art.

Wide shot: gold coaster through a pastel Googie park, FUND DADDY gate.

FRAME 1 · THE PARK

The gate and the lift hill. Headline over the park; your scroll is the chain lift. The coin car carries the client: a founder with a briefcase and a plan.

The coin car plunges down the gold track, bills flying.

FRAME 2 · THE DROP

Intake is the first drop. "Put in whatever" shouted with both hands up. The camera rides two cars behind; the world parallaxes past; he dips below frame and swings back, exactly the scrolly beat from the original brief.

The hostess presents at the APPROVED station as the car pulls in.

FRAME 3 · THE STATIONS

Each vertical is a station. The hostess works the platform; a friendly stamp arm marks the car APPROVED and the track forks onward. Declines don't eject you: the track loops you to the next station. Nothing derails.

The rider steps out with armfuls of cash under a FUNDED sign.

FRAME 4 · FUNDED

The terminus. Confetti, the pile, armfuls of bundles, and the hostess with the ta-da. CTA stamps here: "Start your ride." We're paid only when this platform happens.

How it will move.

  1. Native 2.5D: the proof engine at funddaddy-vault.pages.dev/depth, grown up. Flat cel art as planes in real space, one camera, one scroll clock.
  2. A real track: the gold rail is the one true 3D object (a simple Blender ribbon spline, exported GLB), so the camera and the coin car bank and dip on authentic curves while everything around them stays painted.
  3. Paper-doll cast: the rider and hostess ride as rigged parts (the Vault hostess already walks); hands up on the drops, hat physics, stamp arm slams on the scroll beat.
  4. The dip-and-return: the car genuinely leaves the frustum below frame while the camera keeps panning, then swoops back in ahead of you, the exact gesture of the original brief.

What picks the build.
